Duties

Reporting within the Commercial Department, you will be responsible for working on multiple projects for various customers.


Predominantly working for the Project Management team you will have responsibilities for the following:
• Preparing Quotes and other documents for the Commercial team.
• Communicate with customers with regard quotations, orders and deliveries.
• Liaising with production and procurement to ensure on time delivery of projects are met.


Position Requirements


• Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as Microsoft Office.
• Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative
environment is essential.
• Flexible during times of change.
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper
management, clients, and other departments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Customer service skills an asset.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.


Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience.
