Rockford Components completed the design and manufacture of harnesses and two power distribution boxes for the MTIP2 turret. This was a private venture funded by Rockford Components to aid BAE Systems preparing a new turret for WFLIP (Warrior Fightability and Lethality Improvement Program).

Rockford components donated £1500 for the cost of food and hotels for the BAe K2B charity walk from Keswick to Barrow, this event took place on Saturday 10th, Rockford were the main sponsors for this event.

Rockford Components Ltd opens a new 25,000 sq ft facility in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Covered under our BAE Systems Air Systems approval, the specialist team adds an extra 25 skilled personnel to the Aerospace team.

Tactica Production Contract Awarded
Rockford Components have been awarded a contract by MOL CY located in Belgium, to supply 201 sets of wiring harnesses, power distribution boxes and switch panels for the Tactica Vehicle destined for the Saudi Arabian National Guard. This follows the design and engineering contract awarded to us during March 2007 by BAE Systems (Weapons and Vehicles).
BAE Systems awards Rockford Components the contract to upgrade the engine harnesses on all Panther vehicles to bring them in line with the Vehicle Harness Specification.
