Ltd. is the UK's largest independent manufacturer of military
wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.Since 1978
Rockford the Group of Companies has successfully addressed the high reliability and increasingly
competitive military market in the UK, achieving controlled growth in
that time whilst engaged on many of the most significant wiring
harness projects in the UK.

Ltd. Is situated a in 69,000
sq ft premises just north of Woodbridge in Suffolk
[left], a
95,000 sq ft site at Worksop
[below], and a 25,000 sq ft site in Newcastle-under-lyme.
Commitment to quality, backed by both our
BAE SYSTEMS (Air Systems) and ISO9001
approvals is the cornerstone of the high level of customer
satisfaction maintained, coupled with a fast cost effective service.
The Rockford Group comprises of
five companies serving predominantly the
military, but also some specialist commercial industry requirements
for cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and associated sub assemblies
- including mains distribution and plc controlled systems.
Rockford Components Ltd. cable assembly and
specialist wiring workshops are complemented by its quality sheet
metal fabricating business from ISO9001 design to
complete system build, manufactured and tested to defence
standards.
The company is a
recognised military connector distributor and is franchised to both AB
Connectors, Deutsch Ltd, and Hypertac as well as stocking a vast range of
connectors from QPL sources. We specialise in the sourcing of
difficult to find, obsolete and 'Legacy' connectors from both the UK
and International sources.
