Precision Turning & Machining

Our CNC equipped machine shop includes high speed Bridgeport VMC 560 and 460 turret milling machines with Nikken horizontal axis indexable rotary table.

Small turned components are produced on Hardinge CH and GT CNC bar feed lathes which incorporate live gang tooling.
 

Larger diameter turned parts are produced on a Colchester Tornado CNC turret lathe.
 

We have an extensive range of insert tooling for thread cutting, grooving and boring on most common materials from engineering plastics to ferrous and non ferrous alloys.
 

Our tooling department utilises a range of manual lathes, milling machines and presses to produce specialised in - house tooling for mouldings and punch tooling.
