Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our Metalwork fabrication division has recently moved into new premises to allow it to expand its capability further in the manufacture of close tolerance lightweight sheet metal fabrications for the electronics industry.
 

We also manufacture a wide range of heavy duty equipment enclosures to suit customers requirements. Utilising C.N.C controlled punching and forming facilities our Weidermann 2000Q punch offers a twenty two station turret,
with auto index and sheet reposition facilities with an extensive range of tooling.
 

This is complemented by an Amanda APX3M 7 axis 100 ton C.N.C pressbrake and a variety of associated equipment. Our comprehensive range of punch tooling enables us to offer most of the standard connector cut-outs, and ventilation louvres from stock, keeping customer tooling costs to a minimum.
 

For complete assemblies we offer T.I.G/M.I.G welding and brazing processes on all materials. Stud/spot welding can be performed on most metals including Aluminium.
 

We can manufacture from one off-specials to full production runs in most common materials, ranging in thickness from 0.5mm to 6mm.
 

Small steel/alloy structures produced from angle and sectional material can be offered.
 

Fast, reliable deliveries for prototype work is achieved due to the flexibility of our trained personnel, with dedicated inspectors operating within our ISO9001 approved systems.
 

The surface treatment of final assemblies can be offered in a full range of plated and painted finishes, including in-house epoxy powder coating and wet spray, including stove enameling.
 

Engraving and single or multi-colour silk screen printing is also available to suit customer requirements.
