Wiremek designs, builds & commissions electrical control panels for industrial automation requirements, are also located at our Rendlesham premises in Suffolk.

Yellow Electrical Unit Wiremek started off in the heating and ventilation industry with automated control systems and over the years moved into process and conveyor automated control systems as well, the controls used for the automation system are either, a PLC system or a Building Management System depending on the application.

Wiremek designs & builds computer room distribution units (P.D.U's) and U.P.S back-up change over units, these Wiremek export all over the world. Specialist systems are Wiremek's forte, stainless steel operating theatre panels, generator control & synchronizing panels, multi function alarm and monitoring systems. Wiremek also builds & modifies LV distribution boards with automatic mains/generator changeover systems. Special enclosures can also be used to meet the customers requirements. All can be designed in house by Wiremek.

On the heating & ventilation side Wiremek use building management systems to automate building climate environment. All of Wiremek's designs are produced in house using Electrical Designer & Autocad 2005.

Wiremek also are a UK distributor/installer for Cylon Controls Ltd. which build the Unitron UC32 controller which has a software package that allows you to identify and minimise wastage, by monitoring and tracking your energy usage in real-time throughout your company.

Cylon Control Unit

This system allows you to remotely control and monitor the Boiler, Chiller, AHU, VAV Box, Fan-Coil, Fans, Lights, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access and Meters.

The Cylon system can act automatically via analogue and digital sensors around the building. If someone is trying to break in it can tell you where or even if the bright sun comes out from behind a cloud it will turn off lights to save energy.

The Cylon system can even keep a log of the weather conditions over the last 99 days so the unit can predict the future weather and make variations to the system to optimise comfort with minimal cost.
